How to get your order from us.

Collection is the default way to get your order from us. It is free, and it is usually the quickest.
You will be told when your order is ready. Please bring your order number so we can find it quickly, and come during the hours agreed with you when we confirm the order.
Where you have chosen to pay by mobile money or bank transfer, please send us the reference as soon as you have paid so we can release the order.
Delivery within Blantyre may be available, and it depends on where you are and what you have ordered. Availability and any fee are shown at checkout before you commit.
If the fee shows as being confirmed by staff, we will call you to agree it before we dispatch. We will not add a charge you have not agreed to.
Large, heavy or multi-item orders may be better collected, because a failed delivery costs both of us time and money.
Give us an address where someone can receive the order during working hours. We are not able to deliver to post boxes, and we cannot leave goods unattended in a public place.
If a delivery fails on the first attempt, we will contact you and agree whether to try again. Any second attempt may carry a further fee, which we will agree with you first.
Stock items are usually ready the same or next working day. If an item has to be ordered in from a supplier, we will tell you how long that will take when we confirm your order, rather than guessing.
Tell us within two working days of receiving an order. Please check the items before you use them, because we can only deal with a problem if we know about it.
If items are damaged or missing when they arrive, call us straight away and we will put it right.
We cannot post items internationally, and we cannot deliver outside Malawi. For items needing special handling, call us and we will discuss the options.
